Haha as I was reading about his contact lenses getting fused to his eyeballs I was thinking “that NEVER would’ve happened if he had eye-tongues!”

Well, that was unsettling! But, creative certainly, and that's what we're here for!!! Sadly, all MY imaginings of body parts in new biological places, are not (as the kids would mumble) "SFW."😎👍
I think it's less new biological places as much as new, vertically lower places....
I think if we had eye tongues, it would only be one eyeball, it would be at the tip of the tongue, and it would look almost like a flashlight.
Yes - I can see that. Two eyes seems overkill. Unless of course, if we had two tongues....:)
